Have not been aware of Kieth’s ongoing posting on Blogger! This is a happy discovery.
I wasn’t into Kieth when he was at hottest pitch years ago, though I recall the Maxx covers being pretty effective at grabbing my eye in a comic shop setting. Don’t think I ever picked up any of those titles. (Wasn’t picking up much of anything from comics store shelves when I did permit myself a visit, though, in my 20s.) Did however buy a single-issues set of Four Women that I came across in a Roanoke shop (since closed down, it seems) during my year in Virginia, 2018–19. I caught a glimpse of it, going through some boxed things while T and I were getting in family time on the east coast this past week. We’ve returned to Chicago, and the Four Women set remains book-boxed in basement far away, graciously stored with my family, for now.
Sam Kieth is the real deal -- glad I could make the blogger introduction.
