RIP.

I should be more broken up about it than I am. But that's just the way it goes sometimes. For a musician he lived a long and very lucrative life.
Contriving to make me smile a little bit today: Jesuit affairs and culture mag America leading off the weekly newsletter email with headline ‘Jimmy Buffet Was Much More than Booze and Debauchery.’ (Is my being the sort of person who knows exactly the one Buffet song correlative somehow with my failing to finally go Catholic, it occurs to me now to wonder?)
