That last game had some real edge of the se...Ditto! That last game had some real edge of the seat moments. I haven't always felt that way about the new, softer NHL but the two teams you mentioned seem to bring out the best in each other and bring some of the sorely needed intensity back to hockey. <BR/><BR/>Not that the old NHL was always electrifying. I still think the new European two line passing is an improvement as it helps break those stifling neutral zone traps but I wonder if there is room to recapture some of the "gritty" aspects of the former game?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
